Do you sell tickets at the door?

Yes
Will there be a coat check?

Yes, there will be complimentary coat check located in the General Admission area.
Are there any COVID-19 restrictions I should be aware of?

Currently, there are no COVID-19 restrictions in place. Des Moines Whiskey Fest will be following guidelines set forth by the city of Clive. We will notify you if anything changes.
What is the attire for the event?

Dress to impress and be you. Please check out the photos from last year’s event for examples of guest attire.
Will food be served at the event?

Yes, there will be an app station in the VIP area, and food trucks located outside through the Games area.
Will the spirits representatives and distillers be at the event?

The distillers or a local representative will be present at the tables all day and will be on-hand to answer questions and discuss their whiskies with guests.
Can I purchase spirits at the event?

No, there will not be any purchases at the event from the vendor, but the representatives will be able to tell you where you can purchase them. There will be over 5 bars located onsite with a mixture of 20 specialty cocktails.
Will there be a bar to drink anything besides whiskey?

YES! There are 3 bars in the general admission area, 1 in VIP, and 1 more in the Speakeasy area.
Will you have Designated Driver tickets?

Yes
Can I volunteer?

Yes! We can't run Whiskey Fest without our trusty volunteer team. Please visit our volunteer page to submit your interest.
Can I get a refund for my Des Moines Whiskey Festival ticket?

All ticket purchases are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you're able to attend before purchasing your ticket.
